1. How much will house removals cost?
This is one of the top questions we usually hear regarding the cost of removal services. The cost of a removal is usually based on several combined factors i.e., distance, additional services you – i.e., packing services, disassembling/assembling of items. The best way to get an accurate figure is by booking an in-home move consultation, where our consultant can assess the property and provide accurate quote based on the items in your property.
2. How soon should I book a removal company?
We recommended you start contacting us around 2-4 weeks prior to your arranged move date. However, don’t panic if you’re moving at short notice, we are a company with flexible resources that allow for last minute moves. We will be too happy to help you and answer any questions you might have about your upcoming move.
3. Do I pack my own belongings, or do the removal company do the packing for me?
It’s entirely up to you what you choose to do regarding the packing of your goods – if you’re happy to pack your own items and are confident in doing so then that’s absolutely fine, but we can do it for you, if you wish to. You can choose from self-packing, full packing or even customise your quote and ask for just selected items to be packed for you.
4. When do I have to pay for my removal?
We are always trying to be flexible for our customer needs, usually we would like to ask for 20% of full price 7 days before removal day. The rest of the payment is requested on the agreed moving date. If you have any questions, please just contact our team and we will try our best to assist you as soon as possible.
